Our community could be defined as award-winning team with a passion for teaching and thinking outside of the box. Teachers, class teachers, non-formal education specialists who have a lot of experience in local and foreign projects implementations are involved in the projects. The coordinators and participants have abilities and skills necessary for projects management. All of them can speak several foreign languages. They have also perfect communication skills. Moreover, they are good at planning activities as well as time management. During the project they apply active learning and teaching methods, based on intercultural awareness, team building and European dimension.
